Terms

Last updated 7 September 2026

These are the terms for using min. Using it means agreeing to them. We have kept them short, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

What min. is

min. is a personal assistant. You connect an email account and a calendar, and it uses what it finds there to answer questions, keep track of things, and occasionally text you about something worth knowing. You need to be 18 or older, and you need to own the accounts you connect.

Your account and your data

Your data stays yours. Connecting an account gives min. permission to read it in order to provide the service, and nothing beyond that — see Privacy for exactly what is stored and what never happens to it. You can disconnect an account, unlink your phone, or delete everything at any time.

min. can be wrong

min. is built on AI models that infer things, and inference is guessing with evidence. It will sometimes be confidently wrong about a date, a name, or a fact. It is not a lawyer, a doctor, an accountant or a financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice. Check anything that matters before acting on it.

Actions with a real-world effect — sending an email, creating a calendar invitation, placing an order — always ask you first. If you approve one, the action is yours.

Fair use

Don’t use min. to:

  • Break the law, or someone else’s rights.
  • Access an account you don’t own, or send messages people didn’t ask for.
  • Attack, overload, or probe the service, or work around its limits.
  • Resell it, or rebuild it by scraping it.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Availability

min. is a young product. It will occasionally be down, occasionally lose a feature, and occasionally change. We don’t promise uptime. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice and a way to take your data with you.

Liability

min. is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you first, and continuing to use min. means accepting it. Questions go to hello@withmin.ai.
